and magic and make believe

You are an uprising
A revolution onto yourself
The scarcity is over
The rationing has ended
and there are words enough

let the power of the story

Release it windmill dancer

“Top Gun” acts as the next step in AWE’s burgeoning career, exploring new creative yet cohesive sounds in a 1986 meets 2015 blowout. Influenced in name and sound by the classic 80s flick, the single pairs floaty throwback synth builds with mammoth bass and woodblock breakdowns. But while the song pays homage to the past, AWE’s adept production points solely to the future – leading a bright light for what’s to come in 2015.
