EP36 To become who you are meant to be, you have to honour your past.

Relationships are tricky, especially when you’re on a spiritual awakening journey.  Whether you’re starting a new relationship, or you’ve been with your partner for decades, deep soul connection is always possible.  The secret is in your perspectives and expectations.  

In episode 49 Kyle and I explore the fact that humans have forgotten that the deepest connection is not through touch, it’s through communication & vibration.  It’s your ability to communicate your vibration and consciously read the vibration of your partner that determines the relationship you experience.

EP49 Why Some Relationships Trigger A Dark Night Of The Soul

Do you know how many expectations you’re carrying around everyday?   The answer is thousands.  Whether you’re aware of them or not, they’re there and they’re affecting everything you do. Expectations are what bring guilt, shame and regret.   Humans were never meant to follow agendas.  Ever.   We’ve been trained to follow not only an illusion of what success looks like, but how to get there as well.  From the moment we’re born into this current physical space our dreams, goals, passions are delivered to us in ways that stunt our natural growth. The #1 most important aspect of you that needs to be developed from birth to the moment you turn 13, is your self worth.  Yet we live in a world where self worth is overlooked as the focus is placed on academics, competitive sports and making sure everyone is on the same trajectory.   How often do you do things because you ‘think you should’?  how often do you find yourself unfulfilled, frustrated or feeling not heard, not seen or not understood?  These reactions are the result of expectations, whether they are yours or expectations of others you have chosen to take on.   In episode 50 Fernando and I discuss the value that comes form changing your mind and trying everything until it feels right.  To keep going in spite of the judgement of others, because if you don’t the expectations will swallow up all of your joy.   When you surrender to the fact that you follow expectations because you feel you’re going to get something you’re craving, typically respect.
