Chinese Laundry Sessions - Autoclaws 2015

I find music really helps me push through the hard yards when I'm running. Just as I start really struggling up that huge hill, a nice clear pounding reverse bass kicks in through my earphones and I automatically get this amazing burst of energy.. Usually listen to mixtapes, but it's not always the best selection half way through a run!

In my Opinion Hardstyle is the best Genre to train to, and I thought I'd make a half an hour mix of nothing but pure upbeat, reverse bass, straight kicks and stomping tracks to help motivate :)
