It has been almost a year and a half since I last dropped my last mix but I've had a substantial change in scenery, and with that comes a change in mindset and the renewed drive to hit your goals. 

Having recorded this jam on the glass rooftop of my new establishment with the city skyline in sight and a few sore muscles from the weekend, it is a relief to finally get pen to paper again.
