Pentia is a melodic techno DJ/producer hailing from Aarhus, whose hypnotic performances have garnered acclaim. He has graced the stages of Denmark's top parties and clubs in Estonia and Croatia since 2015. Pentia's exceptional talent lies in his ability to craft captivating and immersive DJ sets, capable of energizing dance floors everywhere he performs. His unique sound is characterized by a fusion of deep and melodic techno, which he expertly blends with his refined musical sensibility. This artistic signature is evident both in his productions and his live performances.

In addition, Tale Of Us has played his music and he has also supported international artists such as Malandra Jr. and Lilly Palmer.

Welcome to the WE ARE ONE Podcast Episode 251 with Patty G. from Erfurt/Germany!


Bio:
Patric Große alias Patty G. who comes from Erfurt in Thuringia, began handling black gold in 1998 at the age of 15 for the first time. At the beginning he was fascinated by wild techno until he gradually developed a feeling for the music, which shaped his own style. His music is strongly influenced by acid house, minimal and Detroit 303, 808 sounds, but he also always knows how to convince with a mixture of bass-heavy deeptech & indie sound.Things went uphill very quickly and in 2001 the label Kopfgeflüster was founded together with Rick Diablo & Dirk Knocks. Numerous parties were successfully organized in smaller clubs, bars and other locations. This is how he developed into a well-known DJ in the Erfurt scene. As an organizer, he organized several series of events, where he pursued his passion as a resident DJ. In addition to Thuringian greats behind the turntables, he also gave the young Erfurt DJs the opportunity to prove themselves.
After a short break, Patty G. is back and I am very happy to welcome him as a guest!

Pizza Ravers, as promised - our B2B Set is now online! 

This was an unforgettable special pizza rave edition where we had the pleasure of performing at Berlin’s Pizza Rave with our first B2B set as @jonnylust & @manisah_dj.

After meeting at last month’s rave, we instantly knew it was right to join forces and collaborate. And we were very fortunate to do so this August.


That evening, an electric energy surged through the air—perhaps from the 30-degree heat, a looming thunderstorm, or the thrill of fusing our track selections in front of a rave-hungry crowd. We laughed, sweated through our shirts, navigated various technical challenges, and ultimately danced the night away with an incredible Kreuzberg crowd.

I would like to share the tracks that I had the pleasure of playing during daily performances at such summer festivals as:

LAS FESTIVAL - KD 2024 - OBRA - NOVUM - OSADA - RESONATION. 

The choice wasn't easy, but I was guided by the moments when it was obvious that the tracks  were a lot of fun on the dancefloor. 

The first part is characterized by a melodic sound in various genres however, the second upcoming part will be much stronger, because these will be tracks that I played at night.
