I don't know why but it suddenly struck me that you could put hi-hat rolls in John Linnell's composition "New Hampshire" for the Wurlitzer band organ and it would work. But instead of doing that, I remade the track in FL Studio with all stock presets, the way all the best hip-hop was made in 2012, which is about the last time I checked in with the state of the genre.
