SWING REPUBLIC remixed by VASSILI GEMINI 

We put Swing Republic's brilliant CRAZY IN LOVE cover version up for a REMIX competition in which anyone could have a go at reworking the tune...

Several name DJs entered but we judged all entries equally on their own merits. 

The quality of the submissions simply blew us away! There were well over 20 great mixes that came back, every single one of which brought something new and exciting to the party. Unfortunately we can't upload everything here and we had to choose some winning versions:

It was incredibly tough to pick favourites, but we put it to a vote between ourselves, Swing Republic and their management and this is one of 5 remixes we think stand up in their own right. Collect the full set here! Enjoy.

The original version of Swing Republic's 'Crazy In Love' (of which this is a remix), was short-listed for Baz Lehrman's The Great Gatsby film and soundtrack.
