Av. Pasteur - Avenue Azure (live at the Korzo)

Pete Harden (guitar) and Saskia Lankhoorn (piano and voice) have been performing together in new music groups for more than a decade. This shared history of playing and touring, espying the beauty of the estranging world of travellers inspired their duo Avenue Azure. Almost-songs that trace landscapes, cities and seas, the duo creates other-worldly atmospheres, music of transition, ungrounded in time, that is at once familiar and unfamiliar, shrouding the listener in a dark comfort.
