As the year (finally) comes to a close, a familiar face returns for their first track of 2020. After spending loads of time in the studio and plotting out a course for the future, Averdeck is ready to unveil their new sound and direction with “On The Run!” The road to release has spanned almost one-and-a-half years and several countries but the results speak for themselves.

While most collaborations in the EDM scene occur virtually, the story with Averdeck and Chad Kowal begins in-person back in 2018 during Dancefair! Shortly thereafter, Chad began working on the vocals that would later become “On The Run,” with the goal of creating a powerful modern rock anthem. Manuel and Lars took it from there and spent hours crafting the perfect instrumental to compliment it. 

The track was finished up after gigs in Australia and Italy which inspired the duo to finish the track in an entirely new style. Their time on the road had opened them up to different genres than they were used to making and these vocals allowed them the creative reign to nail down something vastly different than their previous works.
