Presenting Thalamus – Toboggan from Psyfunk Morphosis, the debut release on Trancemutations Records.

Out November 7th, 2025 

Founded by @estebandesigual, the label shines a light on the most innovative and hybrid forms of psychedelic trance, reviving the spirit of freedom and experimentation that fueled Goa’s freestyle mixes in the late 80s.

Psyfunk Morphosis explores the fusion of psychedelic and funk identities: undulating basslines, electric pianos, chopped vocals, and jazzy melodies. Drawing inspiration from Finnish Suomisaundi, Brazilian Psyfunk, and the groovy energy of French ADN Records, this compilation connects the key points of the genre, featuring legends such as Kyril, Escobar, Loopus in Fabula, and Kadum.

Thalamus, a pillar of the Psyfunk scene in France, delivers Toboggan a track packed with hypnotic grooves and vibrant energy, continuing his acclaimed releases on @adnart-music.

This is what i like to call a "real collaboration". Why real? Because it combines the very true identity of two artist into one singular track. @itsBlazy has been one of my best friends for a quite some time now, and finally has come the time to show you some of our work together.

Nuke at the first was called "Yakuza", cuz it was inspired in the japanese mafia and some sort of mix with Kill Bill (for obvious reasons). Then, we thought it wasn't fulfilling it true purpose, the track was too agressive for the name. Then we gave a turn arround in the track, made it totally different, and got inspired by a heavier thing, called project manhattan. Than, came the name:

Psycodelize Yourself

Marcos Ramon, o criador do projeto AVILLO, é uma figura central na cena trance e progressive no Norte do Brasil. Natural de Capanema-PA e radicado em Parauapebas desde a infância, ele começou sua trajetória na música eletrônica em 2016, quando morava em Santa Catarina. Foi lá que teve a oportunidade de estudar com o mestre Douglas Formigari, o que ajudou a refinar seu estilo e seu som.

A paixão de Marcos pelo estilo Progressive (PROG) se solidificou através das vivências em festivais nacionais, eventos que, sem dúvida, moldaram sua identidade musical. Seu projeto AVILLO foi lançado na LEVITAR, um espaço importante da cena eletrônica catarinense, marcando o início de sua jornada mais ampla no cenário.

Após retornar a Parauapebas em 2019, Marcos procurou estabelecer uma presença forte na cena musical do Norte do Brasil. Ele não só se destacou como DJ e produtor, mas também se envolveu diretamente na criação das crews ÁREA 51 e DIMENSÃO PERDIDA CREW, iniciativas que ajudaram a fortalecer e dar visibilidade à cena local.

Além disso, uma de suas colaborações mais recentes com a Uercap é uma contribuição valiosa para a cena trance em Parauapebas, ampliando ainda mais seu impacto na comunidade musical local. Essa colaboração não apenas promove o seu trabalho, mas também fortalece o movimento trance no norte do Brasil.
