Elif continues to show her endless list of talents; The Turkish label has enlisted the free spirited talent to compile their latest VA ‘Harabe Nightmares II’.

In a tumultuous year, Elif has been a shining light. From her ABRACADABRA residency which provides escapism and connection at a time we need it most, to stellar original releases on Stil Vor Talent, A Tribe Called Kotori, and remixes on Anjunadeep and AKASHA, she’s used this time to truly focus and flourish. Whether she’s writing a track or creating a set, it’s a compelling journey that draws you in. So it’s no wonder she’s been entrusted with compiling the latest Harabe Nightmares compilation.

The track list features a diverse range of both emerging and established talent, plus Elif and Marat Mode team up on the driving cut ‘Koan’, where a catchy riff meets a building synth top line in a colourful rocketing crescendo.

‘I was thrilled to be asked by Cagdas (Anatolian Sessions), a fellow Turkish producer, to compile this VA’ Elif says. ‘I loved having the opportunity to curate music that I like playing from producers I love and want to support. It took a couple of months to compile and was so fun and so satisfying that it made me consider starting my own label in the future! Harabe is an exciting emerging imprint that I'm happy to be a part of. I am in love with each and every track on the compilation and very proud of all the artists who contributed.’

The Turkish label has been bubbling up since it launched in 2019, releasing heartfelt music that defies typical genre norms. ‘Harabe Nightmares ||’ will join a back catalog of quality and consistency from this indie imprint.

With one million streams of their latest EP, the Swedish tastemaker label House Music With Love returns with a hot new release. Like we Do is a collaboration between the Spanish producer Marat Mode (HMWL/Trndmsk) and the Swedish artist and songwriter The Land Below out of Malmö, Sweden, who has been focused on cinematic dream pop since 2015 and turned out four albums, two EPs and several collaborations. He wrote both the lyrics and sings on this excellent track. 

He says, ”Like We Do is a song of sorrow and hope. A collaboration that came easy as Guillermo’s beat felt natural and resonated with me. The words are inspired by the dialogue of a movie that Guillermo had seen, so it feels like we both a part to play there.” 

The track is a lush and dreamy one with celestial melodies and long legged drums. It’s soothing and filled with twinkling keys so really lifts your spirits. 

Then, London based producer Urmet K re-interprets the track with a hypnotically deep version for cold winter nights and finally the Spanish producer TH Moy completes the essential package with a cinematic slow burner that expands like a starry night sky, with sombre bass and warm drums.

Valencia based producer Marat Mode has entered the big door of the electronic music scene with releases on Seven Villas, Crossings and HMWL. With just few singles he attracted the attention of great artists and labels. This is his first release on One Of A Kind and we couldn't be happier to have him on board!"Timeless" is such a wonderful symphony, where we can clearly hear Marat's signature, evolving sounds of deep and progressive sounds, melancholic melodies and thick deep grooves. This single he did in a collaboration with Russian singer and pianist Eleonora, who has a lot of music experience behind her, where she has collaborated with performers like Moonwalk, Kiko, Miyagi, Nicolas Rada, and many others.On Remix duty we have phenomenal Argia, whose appearance on labels such as Stil Vor Talent, DUAT FOLKLORE, Poesie, is totally representative to her devotion to music and natural born talent. She also studied piano, which means that we have a group of highly talented musicians in one release.Beside Argia's, another remix was a duty for one of the most influenced female Venezuelan producers and Dj's, currently based in Madrid, Federika! As a label manager of Kapikua Records, and several club residences in Spain, perfect mixing skills and unique production, she is on the right way to represent Spanish club scene as it best.
