Habits are an important way of ensuring my day goes smoothly. Meditation and treating my senses are two habits that are precious to me and I talk more about them in this post.

What do I value most about my work?

Volunteering my time as a health professional gives makes it possible for people of limited to financial means to benefit from what would otherwise be unavailable. I also talk here about a couple of charities I support and admire.
