Avumagon was a 20 year old producer based in Iceland. Growing up surrounded by music, Avumagon took great interest in piano. Practicing everyday and learning on his own, he quickly became a master at the instrument. These skills, in addition to his perfect pitch, have definitely helped him with his success as a producer. Avumagon was  one of the most sought out producers in the Reggaeton scene and held 2 Grammy nominations. 

On August 20th 2022, Avumagon sadly passed away. The impact that he left was quickly shown to be very influential, as many around the world attempted to recreate the "Avumagon Bounce" that the Icelandic producer was known for. While he may not longer be with us, his message of positivity and experimentation will live on through the music we listen to.
