This class was inspired by the intension of letting yoga be an offering through the breath. Inhaling to receive unconditionally the feeling of awakening into the moment, exhaling to offer yourself fully from the place you feel when you are inspired, when you are in love. Let your body breathe the feeling of healing, for your self, for the earth, for oneness.
