Soul Snatch

Sometimes I feel like my mind is taken over and I'm constantly switching between positive thoughts and negatives thoughts like there are 2 rivers of constant thought and I'm just pulled to the negative by some type of gravity. I always have to push myself back into the positive. Crawl if I have to. I feel like one day the negative river will be more of a stream that isn't so vicious and forceful in pulling me away from happy thoughts. I guess that is also what it means to be aware.
