Joe, known for his mastery of  the "element of surprise",  does not disappoint.  Finally we have DIGITAL DEPARTMENT one of the most prolifically talented producers in the industry.  In this stunning grand finale,  which  includes a couple of his own productions he takes us on an unexpected journey beyond the confines of space and time,  with his deeply textured blend of all things progressive.
