You were already a very able improvisor, all those years ago.

What a gem. These old recordings that pop up and you didn't remember until that very moment.

What an absolute gem of a discovery, Axel...such a tight sound from all involved, almost as if you'd been playing together for years.  Really appreciate you sharing this, my friend!

An excerpt from one of the many jam sessions that often took place in the late 70s and early 80s. This forgotten recording now survived since I recently scanned some old hard drives. The Rhodes stage piano was played by Andy Weber (we had a fusion duo at the time), and the bassist was a welcome guest from Italy, Giacomo (I don't remember exactly who played drums back then and also who placed the mic - definitely too near to the guitar ...). 
What I do remember is that I arrived at this basement with just my guitar and found a nice Marshall amp that produced a great tube sound.
