Serpentina is a fairy tale from modern times, telling about the hero-guide — the snake Serpentina, which connects two worlds together.

Close your eyes and imagine how you are sitting on the grass under a sprawling elderberry bush, and the waves of the river are splashing nearby. You hear whispers, and the flowers are ringing like crystal bells. And suddenly three snakes, shining with green gold, appear above the water, twisting around the branches and singing.

Tribal Guide

It is Saturday and here is my new Ecstatic Dance Upload as promised.

This one is N. 9 played in Koh Phangan on 22/10/21

This one hold a special space in my heart! ...WE WERE BUSTED!
but as time proved, nothing comes for the bad! ... It brought a lot of changes that radically changed our dances for the good!! 

During COVID period, restrictions in Koh Phangan were lifted allowing gatherings up to 100 ppl.
Still, all attendants had to wear mask, be vaccinated and submit their personal data at the gate.
Of course we did not follow the rules strictly!
I was not surprised when the police appeared in front of me, filming me while playing the peak track!!! ... hence the recording suddenly stop!

Me and my "Brother in Beats" Sunshay were brought to the police office and somehow ended up paying a BIG fine to avoid the case to be brought further.
Still grateful to the friends and the amazing Ecstatic community of the island that, in 2 days, collected the full import to refund us!

In the past years I have been hosted, facilitated and held countless Ecstatic Dance Journeys ....

I started my Ecstatic Dance Journey in 2008 at the very beginning of the now famous Yoga Barn in Bali, then in 2016 I gave birth to the Sunday Mornings Dances at Pyramid Yoga in Koh Phangan and the Evening Friday dances in Jaran's.
Consistently started to record my sets (or almost) only in 2017/18.

I will try now to upload one every Saturday starting from those days ...... raw as they are (as I do not even re listen to them before uploading them!!)

Follow me in my Ecstatic Journey and let's see where we will end up ....
(to date ...with one set every week we will have more then 2 years to explore in front of us!)

Für die Ewigwachgebliebenen zum Feierabendbier, für die Frühaufsteher als Seelenfutter zum Wochenbeginn: Montagssorbet mit Laut & Luise. Alles erlaubt, was gut tut und Gedanken kreisen lässt, nur der Name ist Programm: cremig, fluffig und ganz schön weich.

Zwischen straff getaktetem Releasetrouble und wild-metaphorischer Wüstenstapferei, schickt sich dieser Montag als allzu angebracht an ein wenig zu verschnaufen (jess). @KeralaDust ist nicht nur gut mit schönen Tönen, eben auch dem guten Ton: Wohl maniert – wie in: gute Manieren – steht die Türe offen zum privaten Wohnzimmerkonzert. Wie die Prinzessin auf dem Sandkorn legen wir uns mal wieder auf den Läufer und lauschen dieser Wüste, der wir eigentlich noch fremd sind.

I really wish that we could film E-Dance sometimes..... especially this epic journey into our primal playful joyous nature.   I was truly blessed by the Berlin Community - with how intensely they all come together around the beat.  
Sooo much primal energy unleashed this evening :)
In such a famous city of house music --- I really tried to mostly stay away from that beat, and bring something quite different :)

Primal Unification - BERLIN

49 Breaths” is a series of breaths that are followed by affirmations. This form of meditation originated from Sid E. Williams DC, the creator of Dynamic Essentials Meeting and Life University, and it is designed to energize the spirit and connect the physical body back to the source within.

To Begin: Start seated at the edge of your chair, with shoes off and feet connected to the ground. Place your hands gently on your knees palms up and close your eyes. Set your intention for your meditative practice and acknowledge the time you have set aside to give back to yourself. When you are ready, place your palms down and begin the series of breaths. You will breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth. When breathing in, your head will tilt up towards the ceiling and abdomen, ribcage, and upper chest will all increase in space. As you breathe out, your head will come down in slight flexion and you will pull your belly in towards your spine. The breaths are broken up into 4 series each with affirmations in between. The palms are down for the breaths and palms are up in a receiving position during affirmations.

· 7 Breaths - Affirmations
· 14 Breaths - Affirmations

· End w/ a deep inhale followed by a big sweeping sigh or “Om”

Here is a sample pattern of affirmations you can use filling in the blank with anything you want to bring focus to in your life i.e. Love, light, power, strength….
