I thought of giving this song justice as I recorded it in a live untreated room. Have to eliminate unwanted frequency and came up with this part 2 of the more 'produce' sound.

I've been trying to get the solo as accurate as I can for the last 2 months. A bit of a delay as I have few studio work that needs my urgent attention. I am inspired to cover this guitar solo because GG is such an amazing player which will take my guitar skills to a next level.

I hope I can find a time to write my own solo work when studio production is done. Currently I am sessioning for 2 bands which are Dejavu and Mo'Joe.

Just want to make it clear, this is not a band. It is more of a musician united to create music. All the members have their own talent to showcase with various instrument. 

This vocal take is of our session drummer Christ. In the future we would like to write more original composing of any kind of genre. We already have few songs in fusion jazz, reggae, prog, rock blues, world music have been line up for recording. Just need to find the time for it.

Hi there! Thank you for your time reading this ;) 

Let me start by saying I just love music too much I can't deny that. I am a 6 string addict to be frank, I was fascinated and influenced by Marty McFly (Back to the future dude who travel back in time and played a guitar at his parent's prom nite; if I recall that correctly) from those days onward I've been playing men's best musical instrument since I was 12 years old and a self thought musician which covers wide range of genre style of playing such as jazz, prog fusion, funk, neo-classical, country, blues, RnB, world music, groove, prog metal, rock, etc as far as I can remember. I also write and compose music which I am still trying so hard to produce my own original and compile industrial instrumental of my own if you will. I own a very small time home recording studio for project. I will not discuss my day job here as it renders me as a complete nerd :)~

Here is where the fun begins - These below are my gear run down or inventory in sense; did I mentioned that I named all my guitars? Self explanatory as per below: 

1997 well abuse beat up burnt worn you name it 60s reissue Fender strat I called Joe Matsumoto, it's a hybrid if you like; the guitar was crafted in Japan with all American hardware. Which pleases me greatly. 

2005 sunburst Fender Telecaster I called Willie Brown Sr. Well I just love the old crossroad movie when Ry Coder played a tune from that twangy lil critter in search for the lost song of Robert Johnson. It have Texas Special Pickups on it. My wife own this guitar now :) I gave it as her birthday present ahahah I just can't believe myself of all the gift in the world how ironic it would be a guitar, so predictable. Well I do play with it occasionally. 

1958 you guessed it right, VOS Gibson Les Paul Custom with Zakk Wylde EMG humbucker pickup. This is among my fav sounding guitar it has that Ozzy Osbourne song's tone on it which I use to record a lot of demos and songs on it. Just love that nasty snarl on my hi gain stuff me likey. Its black in color so I called it Blackie, not to be confuse by Clapton's Blackie strat ;) although the idea of the name derive from Clapton somehow.

2000 Ibanez RGR520D Team J. Craft reverse headstock seymour duncan pups. Its limited edition as they say. There is not much to say about this guitar I do love the fact that I can play jazz music using an Ibanez, yup you read me well, it has nice jazz tone, I called it Crowley.

I also own a mystery prototype guitar custom by a guitar luthier in the USA. Which most of my peers keep asking me about. All I can say it have all the best feature of all my dream guitar. Big 70s strats headstock, Charvel San Dimas body flame top maple and koa body with natural finish. 24 fret extra jumbo maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, last 4 fret scallop like JEM with Ibanez wizard III fast fret. Abalone dot inlay custom word Mo'joe on the 12 fret. Spertzel locking tuners. Locking trem floyd rose and tremol no for added stability. Reinforce graphite trus rod style of musicman. Wiring of PRS513 configuration with 1 3 way switch and 5 way switch to add versality to my tone as I play a lot of genre. Well the pickup is also custom built by Fender for me. The guitar is called prototype 1.. :) this guitar is my army swiss knife and survival kit on the go. All I want is to have a guitar that sounds like all the best guitar in the world to be in one guitar package. Jackpot on this one literally.

Well I start to play an ethnic Instrument called Sape. It was custom for me by a sape maker from Kuching. Some of you might called it Borneo Guitar. This instrument has a haunting and alluring sound that will captivate listener: at least thats how I felt when I first heard it live played by Jerry Kamit. I have the urge to learn the instrument on my own. Well now I performed with this instrument with live audience. It has Evo pups installed with seymour duncan pot. Its called the White One, I believe you can figure out the color :)

I do have about 13 guitars inclusive of bass I won't forget that which I might be doing review of some other guitar sent to me for set up, etc. I know its an unlucky number but it fits the bill just perfect. 

So here is my effect.

I only have 2 effects board which are digitalize. I've been a fan of Boss from the moment I hold my first guitar pick. I use to be a purist on using single stomp boxes. It has been a major problem transporting all the effects as I love to have some sort of portability. Henceforth I completely solve the problem by just using multi effects floorboard system. Currently using Boss ME80 and Line 6 POD XT Live for studio work. It gets the job done nicely I'd say until I can get my own tone print.  Well I'm eye balling on custom TC electronics would been great as my own signature sounds. Then again I have to be so very influential in order to own 1 (I'll keep dreaming till the day comes) 

I am not a big fan of speaker cabs.. I've been a tube combo person. Although the idea is tempting, I have not exhausted the possibilities of traveling light on my session tour as I don't have roadie to provide me the luxury of carrying my stuff around. Im using a Blackstar HT Stage 60. Google it! This is gotta be 1 of the best sounding amp in the planet for now that is. It has the Marshall, Vox and Fender thinger going on. Simply makes me happy for what it's worth :)
