This is my first song I have ever made on FL Studio. I don't know if it's that good, but if you want, give me some (constructive) criticism on how I can make this song and my future work better! I know for sure the intro needs improvement.

November In Chicago (demo 1)

This is my second demo of my first song. I changed the intro and made the drums quieter, but is still mostly the same song. Intro is still kinda bad, but oh well.

Also, if for whatever reason, you want to use this for your own projects, just credit me in the title, tag, and/or description and I don't really care about the rest.

November_in_Chicago (demo 2)

Just in time for the holidays! Have you ever wanted a song that fits your niche of over obsession of Christmas music as well as your heart for electronic music that sounds weird? Look no further than Ay-1's second official song! It's kind of long, but I recommend you make it to the end! 

Also, shoutout to St. Nick for giving us Christmas cheer every year! (Unless you don't believe in Santa or you don't celebrate Christmas then uhhh... Happy Hanukkah or Kwanzaa or something (is Ramadan in December this year? idk) or just have a nice December with no work or school (unless you have work then damn))

Cookies and Milk

A relatively short track, but I honestly like it. It's certainly better than my last track and honestly might be better than November in Chicago for me. It has a chiptune, almost Pokémon-like beat as well as some drums.

The Gathering Place

You know how I said that The Gathering Place will be my last song of 2025 well... I kinda lied. This is called Ode to the Sox because the weird synths kinda remind me of the Strokes song Ode to the Mets, and since the White Sox are an equally disappointing "secondary" baseball team that I so happened to love, it works. 

Other than that, it has virtually nothing to do with the Strokes song as it's almost a house/party song in a way, but also not really at all. You would probably get kicked out if you played this at a party tbh. It's almost sad in a weird way. Maybe not my favorite song I made so far, but certainly not my least favorite either. 

As per usual, if you want to use this just credit me in someway and give me some (constructive) criticism if you want to.

Ode to the Sox

One more for the night and honestly, might just be my best work yet. I don't want to spoil too much, but this might just be the best piece of music I've ever made so far. It's still very flawed, but I'm honestly proud of it. Of course, I'm sure it's actually a 0/10 piece of garbage, but oh well.

I know the artwork is kinda lame, but it works.  

I hope that I can do vocals one day, but my mic sucks and I need to be better at production before I do anything like that. I'll probably do an EP for all the work I've done so far and it'll be available on all platforms, so look forward for that if you like my work.

The Beauty and Melancholy of Life

I swear this is the last song of the year! Anyways, this might be my best work yet. A lot of synths and some piano parts. I kinda gone crazy towards the end. Artwork is kinda dumb, but I like it soooo...

This lowk might be my best work yet, which is still probably like a 5/10, but I enjoyed making this and I hope you guys enjoy listening to this.

Collarbone

The song of absolute whimsy. Just a small project for the day, nothing more really. Also, Happy New Year for reals!!!! Probably gonna put this with Collarbone in a single to release on all platforms. Also, November in Chicago EP should be out January 16th, so look out for that if you want.

Cornflower

Heavily inspired by Radiohead's A Moon Shaped Pool's version of True Love Waits. This song is slow, dark, and depressing.

The title "Time to go Home" means to die and home is wherever you go after you die; whether that be the afterlife, reincarnation, or nothing at all. 

I hope that I could come back to this when I'm good enough to use vocals and instruments outside of FL Studio, but for now it's pretty good

Also, I don't know how the fuck you can hear some kid youtuber's theme song on this, but this is my second attempt because the first got copyright claimed for some reason. Hopefully it doesn't do that again.
