‘Rain Dance’ is Aya Safiya’s 2nd release in Japanese, with lyrics inspired by the drought and fires in her home state: California. She includes imagery that represents metaphysics and mystical practices, which is accompanied well by her dreamy melodies.

Aya's 3rd single toward her Japanese EP, “Washed Away” is inspired by the emotions instigated by Japan's 2011 Touhoku Tsunami, and political aftermath. It's a song written with the hope of encouraging others to not forget so willingly, and to feel the weight of a single human's precious life.
