This is a bluesy freestyle i recorded last year it's a not to self & to all the spiritual women & girls to remember our worth & to take some time for ourselves. It can be easy to burn out helping others & forget yourself, especially when you're a natural healer & empath. With our great gifts & abilities we must nourish ourselves first & foremost & practice radical self love even if others don't understand, this is part of the journey, plus that's how others learn what we are saying by us leading by example & Embodying our words, standing bold in our sovereignty & inner strength. I myself have been taking some time to rebalance & focus on different things. I am learning so much & eager to share again after some time to deal with my personal life & now i have lots more inspiration & motivation to share but also always still gotta stay dedicated to practicing self love & making sure to get enough time to tend to my needs before taking care of others needs. We must stop saying yes to others when it's saying no to ourselves. For when our cups are full our energy is overflowing with plenty to share without any resentment or other unwanted feelings, instead we give fully for love not obligation, which is much more authentic & meaningful 🙏💖✨

This piece really resonates with me as I'm hearing it today realising how mystical & magical life is & how we communicate with ourselves & eachother defying space & time. Such fun jammin with these guys out in the Peak District. It was lush 🥰💚🙏✨ thank you! I was reading my poetry to begin with but then decided to freestyle. Free-flowing with nature is the best ☺️🙏✨ felt so blessed to be flowing with these talented artists too, so wonderful and in such a beautiful place it was awe inspiring! Recorded at 22:22 on 22oct. Jammin this poem of mine then jus freestyled it after the title line. I feel we can express more authentically when freestyling & it is fun to play & practice. I was playing uke dm & em chords & this is the first take trying this poem with playing my uke. Made a couple of mistakes but that's okay i still felt to share with imperfections because it's raw & unique will never sound exactly like this again, the beauty of freestyle & authentic self expression . I feel to practice more of my poetry while playing uke turn them into songs. Big up. One Love
