Peruvian producer Sunday Noise is back on Loco Dice’s Desolat, dropping his latest three-track release, ‘Like A Lexus’, on 29 August. Known for his high-energy club records and sharp underground grooves, the Control Music boss continues to carve out his place on the international stage with a release that’s both versatile and powerful.

We’re premiering ‘Preminicious’, his fiery collaboration with Chicago’s Shawn Jackson. Gritty rap vocals ride over a stripped-back groove, with sharp percussion and deep, pulsing basslines driving the track into pure peak-time territory. It’s raw, dark, and built for those moments when the dancefloor is locked in and ready to erupt.

The title track, ‘Like A Lexus’, sees Sunday Noise link with Spain’s Javitoh for a percussive and funk-heavy cut. Its rubbery synths and playful hi-hats deliver a warped energy that feels equally at home in sweaty basements or big-room spaces. Closing the EP, ‘Si Tu Quiere’, made with Venezuelan talent Abuekev, takes a hypnotic turn. Rolling low-end and atmospheric textures build slowly, creating a deep tension that keeps you hooked from start to finish.

Sunday Noise, real name Rodrigo Carranza, has been steadily making his mark far beyond his native Peru. With previous releases on SB Recordings, Elrow, and SOLA, his music blends tech-house swagger with an unmistakable underground edge. Whether he’s supplying high-impact peak-time cuts or moodier after-hours tracks, his productions carry a signature weight that DJs across the globe are taking notice of.

With ‘Like A Lexus’, Sunday Noise continues to push his sound forward. If ‘Preminicious’ is anything to go by, this EP will find its way into countless club sets in the months ahead.
