Ecstatic Fire Dance is an intentional self-guided movement exercise created by A.R.S. 111 as a tool to navigate, release, and integrate suppressed emotions that are traditionally considered to be "negative". Prepare to confront your own anger, fear, and insecurities as we take a deep dive into our collective shadow. Let the music be your anchor and your motivation. Make sure you're in a safe space where you can fully surrender to this practice and don't hold anything back.

Ecstatic Fire Dance: LIVE DJ Mix Set Full Moon Ceremony at Hue Yoga

My DJ set from Rhythm Sanctuary, Denver area, Colorado. 

This is my favorite set I've mixed so far, by far!

Fresh with new songs I brought back from my time in Guatemala at the Embodied Sound (ecstatic DJ & music production retreat that I co-produced), plus a few unreleased original collaboration tracks, this set is filled with music I have never DJ'd before. 

  It’s a heart-opening journey through realms and dimensions of the vastness of existence. 

Through the beauty and the sorrow, the darkness and the light, the heights and the depths, I invite you to feel all that comes through you, accept it, allow it, and be with it, as you dance, listen, drive, cook, whatever it is you’re doing as these sonic frequencies vibrate your cells and your soul.

It was such a gift to perform this set at Rhythm Sanctuary, with so many of the beloved Colorado community present, moving, jumping, crawling, chanting, screaming, crying, laughing, feeling.   

Huge thanks to Ahva and the Rhythm community for making this such a memorable dance that will live on as an ecstatic legacy.
