Alessandro Lombardo aka Alex Zed has been a part of electronic music and club culture for over 15 years. Alex benefited from his parents vast eclectic record collection and so started from a very young age. Uniquely accomplished in both influence and scope, he has excelled in every one of his incubations: DJ, label owner and producer.

At the age of 18 he started playing at local parties of his hometown. Originally hailing from Sicily, Alex soon found the club scene of London irresistible, and so relocated at the age 25 to try his hand behind the decks of Mass club in Brixton. He has shared the decks with such techno luminaries as Mauro Picotto, Dave the Drummer and Chris Liberator. Soon he started organizing his own weekly events in underground venues and warehouses in East London.

International music entrepreneurs have noticed his mixing skills and Alex was invited to play at the finest clubs including The City, Cancun – Transit, Philadelphia – The Vagabond, Miami as well as numerous venues across Europe. He has since enjoyed immense success, blowing up dancefloors across the globe (especially in UK) to sold-out-crowds. Alex is also a prolific and respected producer,having released several EPs in "Authenticbit" such as 8Joyz ,Sweet Vibration and others.

Recently, his dream of creating his own music label have come true. Inside Out Records is a new label established in London,UK that meets great success from the beginning. He is collaborating with important names of the field in remixes and EPs that will soon be released.

Welcome to the Traxsource A&R Sessions. Each week we’ll be delivering up 1 hour of the finest uninterrupted underground music, brought to you by your favourite online record store and showcasing the talents of our dedicated A&R team. Every Tuesday, one of our talented A&Rs will select their very own up-and-coming guest from the genre they love to lay down an exclusive mix, full of fresh records for the club.

Our Techno guru Jonny Marciano is back in the hot seat this week, getting special guest D-Formation [Suara / Toolroom / Stereo] involved to throw down two hours of hard-hitting belters! For the first hour, Marciano will be outlining the sound of Traxsource Techno, delving into the hottest new and exclusive late-night bangers from Nicole Moudaber, Ramon Tapia, Rik Watts, Loco & Jam and Deborah de Luca.

Coming up in the second hour, D-Formation digs deep into his collection for some driving Techno goodies courtesy of Juan Ddd, Metodi Hristov & Artslaves, Nino Bua and Martin Eyerer, Mihai Popoviciu, Markus Homm.

Manuela Gandolfo was born in Turin (Italy) and was always interested in music. 

She collected through her travels and experiences different musical styles up to lead in the world of Electronic music.

The Italian artist has delighted many music lovers across the country with her soulful and melancholic music. With her deep love and passion for electronic sounds has created many tracks which became quite popular among the music enthusiasts.

Manuela’s talent was reflected at a very early stage when she began to perform in several clubs in her native city. Later on, she also started to play with the “Savana Potente” and became a guest performer in the party ‘We love Sunday” at SPACE,in Ibiza 2010 and 2011.

In 2011, She was interviewed by one of the main music Magazine in Italy called "Turin Magazine" and in 2012,Dj Mag Italy was happy to interview Manuela talking about her career and the kind of music she was producing at that time. 

In 2011 and 2012,She was hosted by one of the best party of the Neapolitan scene,in Italy called "DEEP'N MORNING" and after she released her amazing EP “OCCHI MARRONI” on Deependence Rec, with a exclusive remix by Simina Grigoriu & Lorenzo Chiabotti and Moonshine was been released on Wasabi rec.

In 2015 She played at the official After party at Cocoricò, "BUON GIORNO CLASSIC", where she expressed her side as Dj very well.

After this amazing experience she decided to improve her production techniques attending a course with huge success as a Sound Engineer at Music Lab Academy.

In 2015 She was interviewed by the Magazine "Zurda Magazine Barcelona" in the musical section where her interview was published with photos and podcasts along side with other djs such as Francesca Lombardo, Carola Pisaturo, Argenis Brito, Yaya, Shinedoe, Nicole Moudaber, Laura Jones.

Manuela currently plays as a resident along side famous Italian artists at the Radio "M2O SoundsRise".

Her dj sets are in constant evolution but always characterized by a deep groove and tech-house by melodies and voices.

In 2013 she released on a London label Addicted Music in a Various Artists with international djs including: Julie Marghilano,Tato and Perseus Traxx.

In 2015 she moved to Valencia, where she played in the club best known of the city, such as: Mini-club, Wateke and Gabbana.

With her next release, Manuela decided to use her actual name to improve and valorize herself as an artist and to reflect her new quality of music reflecting on her career.

In 2015 she release in "Wawetech Limited " a well known Romanian label, with an EP with deep/dub and soft sounds.

Another releases were launched on Francesca Lombardo’s label “ECHOE Records” with a super deep EP release that will surprise the music scene.

On 2016 an EP called "Arcadia" Feat. Francesca Lombardo was released with an exclusive Premiere on DJ MAG and in another important music channels. The release was published in digital and vinyl.

In 2016 is interviewed by the music magazine "Altroverso" by a special assembly that enhances its much sought after music selection.

Always in 2017 it is housed, from the famous Radio around the world, "Ibiza Global Radio", proving very popular, with a weekly residence in Anna Tur & Miguel Garji radio show program.

She has played in many Clubs around Italy, Ibiza, London, Spain and Bulgaria.
