Fifth episode of CALL NOW! invites Tampa, Florida-based DJ/producer @chris-mitchell  for a one-hour mix. In the first hour of today's show, he delivers a scathing hour of full-blown acid and rolling electro. In the second part, there follows Ayshel’s set, with an electro & industrial-oriented mood.

Chris Mitchell is a DJ, producer, and co-founder of Vanguard Sound and Anunnaki Cartel. Chris currently has releases on several labels such as @mike-tansella-jr, @squirrels-on-film, @carl-clan-d and @dearsoil . His emphasis in sound ranges from futuristic to raw and gritty. Chris has played in several venues internationally such as Tresor, Fuse, Concrete, Le Batofar and Bohemian Grove. He is currently launching his own label, Feral Colony, for self-releases and collaborations.

 L.F.T. (@lfttrax)That stands for Love Fist Tears. 
His music defines itself as a mixture between New Wave and Break Beat Electro which is influenced by the distorted drum machines of The Haque as well as the romantic synth melodies of the 80s San Francisco.
Over the last two years, L.F.T. has released several records on different labels like Return To Disorder, Mechatronica, Eye for An Eye Recordings and also his debut album on Osaré Editions.
Living in Hamburg Germany, he curates concert evenings at the Golden Pudel Club, together with his friend Lukas. 
They also run an independent record label called „Neoprimitive“ which is focuses on experimental 
music.
L.F.T. released his second album „Salz“ on Mannequin Records last year and will continue to make music for dark days.
Expect positively street vibes, filthy breaks and sensual vocals on top of rolling hihats and blistering bass.

Katra is based in Athens During the early 00’s he started collecting vinyls with a strong preference towards obscure Jazz and West African Music. Nowadays his musical phasma spreads across hypnotic , psychedelic techno charged with deep percussions and experimental explorations.
In the first hour of today’s show, Katra deliversan hypnotic journey through a variety of percussive and lush techno sounds.

Beside being a music curator and a selector dj, Zozo is a multidisciplinary character who loves music, works for design, art, music industry.

She is also a regular in high-rated festivals as Berlin Atonal, Primavera Sound, Waking Life, Lente Kabinet, Flow Festival, Strange Sounds From Beyond, Dekmantel and its Selectors offshoot. 

She's also a part of the Lyon based label & dj crew Macadam Mambo and resident of Berlin institution Sameheads. Also a member of electronic music and art collective ‘Les Belles De Nuit’ founded in Zurich, supporting women and queer artists.

In the middle of a weekend with almost non-stop heavy rain, Perplexed Continuum’s live on Saturday afternoon was a rare moment where music and the environment synced and became one, with literal mist descending and providing the perfect backdrop for his hypnotic, swirling grooves, recharging the muddy dancefloor with a mystical, earthly energy.

Inspired by the evolution of the early 90's electronic scene and the flood of music acts that swept Detroit, Chicago, Birmingham and Bristol, he has set in motion his rebellious creativity by dropping underground dj sets for the past decade. He started by mixing CDs but his passion for analog sound led him to build a respectable vinyl collection.

Zorz is resident dj of Pi Electronics and Prima Materia and a member of the Reform and Sleazy Beats & Dirty Vibes collectives.
In recent years he curates his internet radio show called Creatures of Light for LYL from Lyon, France where he shares his personal taste and inspirations in music. With his mate Kondaktor, started a new music label called Untag recently, focusing on experimental music.

Some of these tracks were originally composed for audiovisual installations, others for live performances, and some emerged spontaneously in shared creative environments.
It’s an archive of unreleased material that continues to shape future paths.

CALL NOW! is a liquid sonic narrative which finds its starting point in the different backgrounds and experiences of the guests and focuses in their expression through music. The series of shows will focus on the interactions of people with a constantly shifting everyday reality, in the context of the limitations of movement and personal freedoms, and specifically in the reclaiming of a necessary space where 
emotions can be expressed.

The first show consists of a 2-hour sonic exploration, which focuses on the interplay between the roots of the past and their influence on the present sensory experience.
