It’s August 2021 and this time the podcast series is back with yet another rising artist from South-America. The Argentinian Vanoni, who now resides in Buenos Aires, serves up a truly smashing mix for us. 

Originally from Patagonia, Vanoni was able to kickstart his passion for music production and DJ-ing in full devotion from the year 2018 onwards. His productions are mostly affected by hypnotic and abstract sounds, usually induced by sonically rich harmonies and an extraordinary sense of cosmic drama. It’s fair to say that Vanoni’s latest recordings and releases, characterized by enveloping textures, tribalistic sounds and reverberating pads, deserve to be put right in the spotlight. 

Impressively, Vanoni managed to release his work on labels like Danza Nativa, Ritualism, From A Lost Place, and N F E R E E to name a few. Besides, he has put together various other first-class podcasts for labels such as The Memoir. With the recording you’re about to listen, he clearly follows up on this quality. Sit tight for a pleasant and energetic pace, driven by repetition and hypnotic pads that seem to bend space and time. Enjoy.

I am neither space nor time nor matter. I am nothing but pure invisible light and intention. Not being something is the reason I became. I've created the idea of self, then I've observed it and formed it into existence. 

I (Eye), the observer, stipulated a self-deception to experience the only thing I am not aware of, darkness, a consequence of divided light. I am no division. I am the absolute absence of all thinkable things and the ineffable Essence of everything. 

Since I only know truth, oneness and connection, I've created the idea of separation so I can fool myself into believing I exist as a separated individual when, in fact, I do not. I've projected it from imagination within to manifestation without, then I've fallen into it and got purposely lost. 

The very basis of self is actually a lie. I am inside my own illusion to experience the lie and to remember I am not it. I got divided into several I's (Eyes) or selves, which are the opposite of the One I (Eye), to observe the wholeness from infinite focal points that altogether make up the illusionary expression of the actual One nonfocal point. 

It is a dive into infinite possibilities, playing with shapes and forms of any type of densities, which represent the visible and perceptible potential that originates from the invisible and imperceptible source.

Sonic experiments derived from syncopated rhythms, intricately crafted ambiences, and patiently evolving textures, Pattrn’s work as a producer bases itself on the creation of space and its perception for the audience. Playing violin since the age of four and later on majoring in both acousmatic music composition and sound engineering, Pattrn’s precision is the fruit of a lifelong dedication to music of all forms, from creation in itself or through his implications in Brussels’ scene. 

Beyond the years of technical know-how and self improvement in production, DJing, and live sets,  Brice Deloose aka Pattrn has been an active member of the local scene for quite some time. Cocreator of FTRSND, Brussels By Night Federation, Initiate, as well as having been the artistic director of Fuse club, Pattrn has spent much of his time promoting local artists and collectives to push forward Brussels' underground. 


Having shared the decks with the likes of Luke Slater, Luigi Tozzi, Claudio PRC, Kangding Ray, Svreca, and many more, Pattrn uses his sets to impose his world of seamless hypnotic music to lure passionates for always one last dance.

Van Morph's is coming back with a free download (unofficial) release. Van's reworked on one of the most legendary tracks back from 90s. The Age of Love.
"The Age of Love" is the 1990 self-titled track by Age of Love. It is notable as an early (but far from being the first) popular example of trance music.
Released as a single in 1990 on the Belgian label Diki Records, it was produced by Bruno Sanchioni and Giuseppe Chierchia from Italy, with vocals by Karen Mulder.
In 1992, the React label released Jam and Spoon's "Watch Out for Stella" remix which gained more popularity than the original track and opened up opportunities for remixes by artists such as Paul Van Dyk, and Garry Creen in 1997. 'Watch Out for Stella' was a reference to Jam and Spoon's own track "Stella" which was released around the same time on their 'Tales from a Danceographic Ocean EP' on the legendary Belgian label R&S Records. Stella is the name of Jam aka Jam El Mar's daughter.
In 1997, "The Age of Love (The Remixes)" release reached No. 1 on the UK Dance Singles Chart. To this day, the track continues to be remixed and featured on compilations. As of February 2007, the online resource Discogs has cataloged a total of 73 known releases and 346 appearances on compilations. The track was featured in the hit film Human Traffic based on the UK club scene. Sanchioni and Cherchia never released another single under the moniker "Age of Love".
