Party In Me

I recorded live acoustic guitars on this one. All vocals, synths, guitars, etc... are built from scratch. I also tuned everything to 432 tuning on this track. The guitars sounded a lot smoother when I improvised after the tuning. I'm particularly proud of this track. The entire process felt right. I sometimes drive on the freeway thinking that this society is not sustainable. I sometimes get really sad at the idea that things may one day change overnight. Instead of tackling our problems together, with understanding and love, we put blinders on and continue to advance our pocket books without any regard to the consequences of the path we are creating. We are short sighted. This track helped me explore these thoughts and it's one of my favorites so far. I sometimes feel that our entire human history is shameful because those heroes of ours that had the solutions have often been mocked, alienated, and eventually killed. After the fact, they are called heroes, but society does not truly embrace their ideas. If there is any hope for the future, we need to turn this boat around.
