This remastered meditation (originally uploaded July 2019) requires an attitude of serenity rather than fear. Remember we create our reality. When we come from a place of serenity and love we create powerful uplifting results. Remember, there is nothing to fear. Fear and other associated energies especially self-hatred and guilt create openings in the energy fields that lower frequency forces can exploit. If there is any fear or guilt then do the emotional healing meditation or the releasing fear and anxiety meditation before doing this meditation. 

This meditation creates a force-field of light around your energy field that and filters out lower energies and allows higher energies. This meditation can help prevent psychic attack and can be used to neutralise such an attack if you are in the midst of one. However, to really neutralise psychic attack the reasons for the attack must be found and dealt with. This meditation can allow some rest and respite from lower energies.

A ELEVA Sound Healing é um projeto que visa trazer ao Brasil as melhores tecnologias, técnicas e conhecimentos nas abordagens terapêuticas utilizando os sons e frequências.

Utilizando Tigelas de Cristal de Quartzo Transparentes afinadas em 432Hz, através da Escala Musical da Espiral das Quintas (Escala Pitagórica), são elaboradas Pílulas Sonoras ou Meditações Personalizadas, com as notas específicas de que a pessoa necessita.

O trabalho é complementado com a Tecnologia dos Tons Isocrônicos que são adicionados na meditação durante a gravação, com base na anamnese do cliente e no biofeedback da voz.

É um trabalho de Neurofeedback, que irá tratar as questões particulares de cada cliente, sejam elas sintomas físicos como dores, alergias; emocionais como ansiedade; mentais como distúrbios de sono e enxaquecas ou espirituais como depressão, falta de conexão interior.

Cada uma das Ondas Cerebrais (Gamma, Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta) abrem diferentes estados de consciência, através do Efeito de Entrainment provocado pelos Tons Isocrônicos.

Esta meditação foi feita com o som das tigelas e taças de cristal na terceira e quarta oitava, além da incrível sonoridade da Flauta Armenia Duduk e as ondas isocrônicas Delta 1,11Hz, Theta 4,32Hz e 8Hz. Quando o cérebro entra em atividade Theta um estado de consciência relaxado e meditativo se instala, a mente simbólica se abre e processos de cura podem eclodir, além de experiências supraconscientes.
