Porcelain EP by @chloebattelle sails between electronica, minimal techno, and breakbeat. The palette is cinematic - deliberate and enticing with carefully textured synths, organic percussion, and drums anchoring each track. Cycling through tumbling breaks, lush pads, and carefully crafted samples that reference the soundscape of 90’s breakbeat and trance, the tracks build subtly, layering rhythm and emotion with intent instead of resolving into anything obvious.

Across the EP, there’s a clear sense of restraint in the production and a willingness to leave space and to let ideas breathe. Chloe plays with dynamics intentionally: low-frequency energy is employed strategically and the stereo field is used as a storytelling tool; widening, folding in, and then expanding again. Hyper vocal snippets, booming kicks, and sparkling perc hits, are largely self-recorded or built from scratch, propelling the emotional weight of ‘Porcelain’.

🧿 AZADÎ is a Danish-Kurdish emerging DJ and producer carving out an original sound where raw, hypnotic, tribal, and old-school techno collide - it's instinct-led, rhythm-first, and deeply rooted in emotion.

Her sets unfold almost like rituals: loopy, layered journeys that slip between genres and dig beneath the surface - always guided by intuition, not expectation. Through raw rhythm, she channels her Kurdish roots, so memory becomes motion, tradition hits deep with every beat, and ancestry is reborn.

Since starting her DJ journey in late 2022, AZADÎ has moved through key corners of the underground, clubs and festivals in both Copenhagen and Malmö. But she keeps a low profile by choice, favoring depth over visibility, presence over performance. For her, it’s the music that speaks -not the spotlight.


A break from the spotlight in late 2024 gave her space to reflect on the role she wants to play. Now, in 2025, she’s stepping back into DJing and exploring music production for the first time - channeling a fierce and original spirit into her own original music. Raw over perfect. Personal over polished. Real over rules.
