After a considerable break M.A.D.E.S is back with his 2nd EP! A perfectly balanced mix of melodic Complextro/Electro House and Synthwave, both elements which have always been present in M.A.D.E.S' work. It wasn't until his big "Return" EP though that you can really hear what this young Frenchman is capable of. These and many other questions are answered by the creators of the new TV series by Netflix, based on the famous books by writer Richard K. Morgan.
Altered Carbon - an exciting epic, combining elements of science fiction, cyberpunk, action and philosophical parable of immortality, struck my imagination from the very first shots. Magnificent characters, fascinating story, highly detailed world - all this and even more I got, viewing this masterpiece. You can describe the merits of this artwork for a long time, but if you like science fiction and cyberpunk, these series will not disappoint you. I thank everyone who participated in the creation of this show, for the embodiment of this captivating story on the screen and for the great inspiration that they gave me, and thanks to which this composition has appeared. Also, I thank the author of the original novel - Richard K. Morgan - for the exciting books, which became the basis for the creation of this series.
At the heart of this composition lies the inspirational words of Quellcrist Falconer, played by the amazing Renée Elise Goldsberry, and the beautiful timbre of her voice helped to give this music a special mood and atmosphere.
