Once upon a time 2 Irish girls; accomplished songstress, Sandra Larkin and Lead Guitarist, steal-string Steff Caffrey joined forces with L.A.'s Producer / Percussionist, David Garol & the bella Bassist, Arianna Siliprandi from Italy. The final piece of the puzzle, Pawel Rozynski, Polish plectrum prince, enabled Aztaria to take its 1st electric breath at the end of 2010.

With over 100 years' collective experience, each band member is educated in various aspects of the music and media industry, allowing the band to self-produce their eagerly awaited forthcoming debut album, "Welcome To Tonight".

As well as having a multi-cultural and multi-gendered background, this rock band has a mix of tastes ranging from classical to commercial, Frank Sinatra to Queen, The Clash to Metallica. Their influences meld together to forge seamless, singable songs backed up with poetic lyrics, funky riffs, thoughtful guitar solos and strong, determined beats.

In between writing and recording, you can catch the band at live rock performances, on You Tube as the "Aztaria Dolls" or simply social networking on Facebook!

Check out “Robin Hood”, the debut demo from brand new rock band Aztaria. Sandra Larkin and Steff Caffrey composed, recorded, mixed and produced their song together in Steff’s bedroom studio.

Since then, the band have written numerous songs including their newest demo, Welcome To Tonight”.

Speaking about “Welcome To Tonight”, the Presenter of TKS Radio, Fallon Bowman made the following comments: 
“Great guitar solo, I really liked it… Backing vocals are really cool!” 
Drago added: 
“I thought it kinda sounded like an anime theme song and I like that…it’s very marketable.”

Lead vocalist, Sandra Larkin is no stranger to the music scene on a global scale having released an album with her previous rock band on iTunes (U.S, Canada, Japan, U.K/Europe and Australia) and her self-produced solo album also on iTunes. She has moved around her whole life and has lived in Wales, England, America and Ireland, so feels quite at home travelling to perform gigs in different towns and cities. She studied Media Production and is also a graphic designer, photographer, video editor and artist.

Lead guitarist, Steff Caffrey, has just graduated from a music college in Dublin with distinctions in all subjects. She is the only female guitarist to play at a Christmas party in front of 200 inmates in Mountjoy prison! Johnny Cash eat your heart out! While crafting their music production skills in Dublin’s BCFE, Steff met fellow guitarist, Pawel Rozynski.

This gifted guitarist, Pawel, hails from Poland and is currently studying Music Production in Dublin. A natural musician, he honed his skills both in his homeland playing in various rock bands, as well as working on a range of musical projects in Dublin. Pawel’s plectrum plucking and fun, sexy exterior has made him a big hit with fans both from abroad and here in Ireland.

Salubrious Italian bass player, Arianna Siliprandi, has a classical background and plays many instruments including the flute, electric & acoustic bass, and double bass. Arianna entered the French "Auteurs Editeurs" union in 2000 and wrote and published 2 albums with her first band in Italy in 2001 and 2005. Her unperturbed stage presence is an interesting contrast to her funky bass playing style. As well as enjoying music, Arianna works as a freelance music photographer. She works with many projects, is a well known musician in her native Italy and equally as loved in Ireland.

U.S. born David Garol is the enigmatic, big beat-generating drummer in Aztaria. Although he has lived in Ireland for almost 10 years, he still retains his cool L.A. accent. His intensity and skill gels the five Aztarians into one powerful rock machine. David is also an extremely gifted singer, songwriter, sound engineer, producer and graphic artist. There’s not much this guy can’t do, his work is definitely worth checking out.

The astounding Aztaria deliver true, powerful rock music laced with catchy melodies and they do it with infectious enthusiasm and style!

Robin Hood is the debut demo from brand new rock band Aztaria. 

The leading ladies are Sandra Larkin and Steff Caffrey who composed, recorded, mixed and produced their demo together in a bedroom studio. 

Lead vocalist Sandra Larkin is no stranger to the music scene on a global scale having released an album with her previous rock band Syrys on iTunes (U.S, Canada, Japan, U.K/Europe and Australia) and her very own self-produced solo album also on iTunes. 

Lead guitarist Steff Caffrey (former Black Daisy axe lady) stood by her rock and roll beliefs in 2009 and shunned the opportunity to mime to an unoriginal pop song on the Eurovision Song Contest. Ms Caffrey has been crafting her music production skills and working with the disarmingly melodic vocals of Ms Larkin to create the new, infectious, powerful, commercial sound that is Aztaria. 

New to Aztaria are U.S drummer/producer David Garol , salubrious Italian bass player, Arianna Siliprandi and gifted guitarist Paweł Rożyński from Poland. 

Blasting pre-conceived ideas that females in the music industry have only miming and posing skills, Aztaria deliver true rock music laced with catchy melodies...and they do it with pure passion and style!

Steff left the band at the end of 2011 due to exhaustion and bluesy Dan O'Shaughnessy from Naas stepped in to complete the 5 piece.
