🎶 Cyberpunk: Edgerunners – Wanted To Stay 🎶

Genre & Style:
A melancholic dream pop × synthpop ballad that moves slowly at ~82 BPM, with the pulse of a memory you can’t shake. Built on soft electronic drums, airy synth pads, and echoing clean guitar, the song drifts in a spacious, futuristic haze. The vocals are delicate and close, almost whispered, carrying both intimacy and heartbreak. At times fragile and almost spoken, at times soaring with quiet intensity, the performance feels less like singing and more like opening up a wound.
