This is dedicated to a very good friend of mine who passed away in 2010. I've been trying to write a tune to dedicate to him for nearly a year and I think I've finally come up with something worthy for him. We played in a band together and I got him into writing electronic music. He ended up writing amazing DnB, and always supported my tunes and listened to everything I wrote.I hope somewhere he's listening to this.RIP Dave.

I wrote this tune back in about 2003. My aim was to avoid repetition as much as possible; it took me weeks to write, mostly for that reason. I had a preformed idea of how I would write the drums: I wrote several complete drum lines (about 7 or 8 I seem to remember) and then chopped them up in to 16th note lengths and programmed the drum line with the bits.  I hope you like it.
