Aztronom @ Klub PAN - Hardtechno Klubnacht 06/12/24

The intro track - dedicated to a really good friend of mine, that just passed away a few weeks ago.

Everything I felt at the time after he died, the thoughts and feelings I had, went into this track.

Alaska

This track is the interlude and original intro for "5000V".

When I first started it, I wanted to have a really atmospheric intro for it and so I went and created a piece with my Prologue 8.

After finishing "5000V", I split both tracks, because this intro was too long and I felt they had gotten different, individual vibes to it.

So, "The Void That Comes With It" - A track, that describes the void that comes with an existential crisis.
What do you think? Is there a reason for life to be existent?

One of the more interesting questions to think about, but can be frightening after a while.
Whatever - don't take life too seriously, you'll be good.

What goes through your mind, when listening to it?

"This one is a special one". Literally, what the vocal sample originally said and also the starting point of this track.

I really wanted to make this one special. I wanted to create a journey.

Why the name "It Appears To Move"?
When I was producing this, I had this tune in my mind "The Music Is Moving" by Fargetta and it got me thinking..

Music is actually moving - Sound is vibration.
And sometimes, music really appears to be moving, to be alive. It's like you can really feel what the artist behind it was thinking.

Anyways - the end result makes me really proud, what do you think?

Aztronom is a german raw-/industrial-techno producer, DJ, and audio engineer.

His sound, in essence, represents a dystopian, driving auditory interpretation of our ever expanding universe and all its fascinating aspects, hence the name „Aztronom“ (astronomer).
Focussing on hard kicks, piercing percussion, atmospheric melodic elements, and complex sound design, he aims for an experience, which grabs and holds the listener until the last second.

Having started playing the drums at the age of 7, followed by guitar and then music production, he definitely knew pretty early, which path to take in life.

Aztronom’s techno journey began with his first self released EP „1005 Realities“ followed up by a few other releases, just experimenting and exploring the genre.
4 years later, after DJing in various bars, raves and clubs, becoming Klub PAN resident and gaining experience by producing many, mainly still unreleased techno tracks, he’s ready to take on a new chapter now and share new aspects of his vision with you.

Starting with his first release on the new PAN Digital label and 2 new side projects - „Aztro & der Squanch“ with Earl Squanchy and „Bassault“ with CLAVD - he has many different things on the way, so you’re in for an extreme ride looking forward.
