Mika Regards has been DJing and producing music since 2005 and is the co-founder of "Strange But Dance Music" podcast series that has been in operation since 2016.
The purpose and objective of his podcasts are not only to explore all sorts of different facets of Electro and Experimental music but also to reveal the influence on music through the location of the artist. Kwasir is a new project run by Roberto Crisma, born in Trieste (Italy) in 1990. This new musical identity, characterized by Electro ’90 sonorities with some acid notes,is the result of a self-discovering path which involved years of travelling around Europe and finally led to a revolution and change in his musical world. His sets are a mixed of what the electro scene have to offer. You could listen tech, ghetto, acid and some raw sounds. His most inspiration is Umwelt. Kwasir tries in his tracks to replicate the same energy, darkness and melancholic patterns that Umwelt puts in his productions. He is working hard on some new tracks after his first phisycal release on Ovelha Trax called “Here Comes The Pain”, let’s see what the 2024 has for him. His passion for the music grow up since he was young through every genres on his planet, now the more relevant labels are Fu.Me, Ovelha Trax, New Flesh, Mechatronica and KRI Records.    
The music was a costant on his whole life and what is important to him is that he can finally express his deep emotions with everybody, as a sort of nonverbal communication.

I have been a DJ for 20 years now and have hosted electronic dance events in Amsterdam, under the name Mechanism for 15 years of those as well. 

5 years ago I found an old and broken Juno 106 in my Dad's attic which led to me exploring my own sound more in depth and was the beginning of creating my own home studio, adding new gear along the way. I now produce electro and breaks under the name Aztronouth and downtempo funk obscurities under an alter-ego, Oortfunk. I am also part of Waveform Syndicate [Live] with Luus and Machinefunk.

With roots in hip hop, disco, Detroit techno and an overall love for funk, I believe I have managed to create my own style and sound.
