Producing electro-vibes under Aztronouth and downtempo synthfunk obscurities under his alter-ego Oortfunk.

Aztronouth had his first release on Boomstraat 1818, a Detroitminded label based in Amsterdam.

With his roots in hiphop and Detroit techno, he loves funk, Electro brought those styles together for him, and he never looked back.

It had been a couple of years since he last recorded a mix. But gladly dusted off his turntables for this occasion!

Plunging deeper into the void for their return to Dead Channel, ccciclo thrashes and trashes with this ruthless EP. Merciless to the core, 'Futuras Formas Repetitivas' fuses hissing engines grinding online after decades in cold storage, molten modulated tension, and flat-out collision percussion, leaving wrecked carcasses in its wake. Next to making music also founder of Mechanism. A Detroit techno & electro concept in Amsterdam running for more then 10 years now with multiple party's at awesome locations in the past decade.

I’ve been spinning jams now for the past 25 years as a DJ and still love doing this! A couple of years ago I finally decided to take matters into my own hands when I found a broken Juno 106 in my dad’s attic. Since then I’ve submerged myself and bought a lot more gear and have been practising day and night. It wasn’t an easy quest to find my own sound, but I feel I’m finally getting somewhere.
