Dans Why, KOÏÏ expose la douleur d’une femme trahie, oscillant entre vengeance et incompréhension.

Voici notre nouveau single « Shukran », un morceau profondément personnel et introspectif. Cette chanson, marquée par une forte influence des sonorités orientales du violon, trouve son titre dans la fusion des mots arabes « CHOUKRAN » (merci) et « SHUKRIYA » (reconnaissant), et donc de la nuance entre ces deux significations.

Les paroles sont directement puisées directement dans mon expérience personnelle, notamment mes réflexions sur mon propre chemin de vie et mes angoisses existentielles.

Ghost est une exploration musicale dans un monde fantomatique où la vengeance et le regret se mêlent. Avec sa rythmique répétitive et presque platonique, le morceau crée une atmosphère figée, évoquant un vieux film aux couleurs sépia, où le temps semble s’être arrêté.

En combinant une production minimaliste avec des paroles chargées d’émotion, KOÏÏ crée une expérience intense.

__ About Cinna Peyghamy Remix __ 

For this 4th and final rework of her Fifth Dream album, Azu Tiwaline simply called on her stage and studio partner Cinna Peyghamy. A percussionist of Iranian origin, he is behind most of the drums used by Azu in her tracks. In a way, this track is the beginning of a fractal. Cinna provided her with the sonic raw material, then Azu created Blowing Flow from it, and now he has appropriated it for something new. The process could be repeated endlessly. And it would still be just as beautiful.

We are happy to presents you "Last Transmissions From Jevvers," the latest vinyl release from @caldera-caldera. Recorded between 2018-2024 in the artist's Brighton studio, this collection serves as a farewell to both a creative space and community that profoundly shaped Caldera's artistic journey.

The album captures the organic essence of Caldera's studio environment and features a notable collaboration with @queniv, developed remotely during the 2021 lockdown. This release also coincides with the label's evolution from Dans le Desert to Dans Records, reflecting its continued commitment to innovative electronic music.

Since 2012, Caldera has established a distinctive voice in electronic music, blending techno and bass with meticulous sound design. His work appears on respected imprints including Nummer Music (Berlin), Kimochi Sound (Chicago), and Pressure Dome (Bristol), while his Loop LF project features regularly on London's Well Street Records.

Dans Records (fka Dans le Desert) is an independent label run by Tomasz K Zajac (Cafe de la Jungle), dedicated to supporting adventurous electronics.
