This mix unfolded spontaneously on a recent Friday night. My family had gone to bed and I got lost in my headphones. There are so many great tracks on this one! and I'm happy to share the artistry of these amazing producers. Mixed and recorded at home, 476 days into the covid-era.

Brian Schmitt is a Sacramento-based designer, artist, DJ, and family man. He started DJing in the early 2000s, playing at San Francisco warehouse parties and Burning Man. After a long hiatus from playing music, the pandemic afforded him extra time to dive deep into it again. His sets focus on slower tempos and deep melodic beats.
