"I’ve just recorded a very special one-hour mix for Electronic Groove. The idea behind this session was for me to put a load of cool tunes I’ve been really enjoying at the moment, that I’ve been playing out and having been working great on the dancefloor, and also some new tracks that I’ve discovered. I wanted to put it all together and create a really cool mix that was focused on the dancefloor. The last mix I did for Electronic Groove was more minimalistic, more deeper, and this time, I thought it’d be cool to put some very cool tracks together and just create a really good one-hour mix of dancefloor rollers."

Hector Couto delivers a superb mix for the 107th episode of the B4 Podcast.

Hector Couto is one of Spain's hottest electronic music artists of the last decade. With a hectic summer of performances at Hï, Amnesia and Eden in Ibiza, in 2022 he has toured Europe, Asia, North and South America, and performed at festivals such as Music On Festival, Weekend Beach, Greenworld, the Hill Festival, elrow Malaga, among many others. In terms of production, Couto is not stopping either, he has recently released Plastico Fino EP on elrow Music and Disom EP on Moan.

Throughout 60 minutes, Hector develops an effusive tech-house vibe and, by adding a serious amount of groove as main character, he creates a complex session, full of funky and euphoric moments, melody and suggestive vocals. And this November's episode is even more special, as we’re so happy to be teaming up with our friends at ‘Los40 Dance’ for two B4bookings special eight-hour shows, to be aired on December 5th and 7th from 11pm, and Hector’s mix is just a little taste of what’s to come.

Getting to play for DISTRIKT was definitely something on my bucket list. I have been attending Burning man for 7 years each year I definitely spend some decent amount of time raving at DISTRIKT always hoping to play the following year, so finally when Ben asked me to play I was super excited. I had the best time playing! the sound is incredible and the vibe is like nothing else. Hopefully, this will be the first of many playing at Distrikt 😁❤
