Big thanks to everyone who made it out to the showcase. Special thanks to The Get Down PDX for hosting and creating a dope space for musical artists to share their talents. Truly an honor to open up the night for Qbert & DJ Numark; two extremely talented DJ's and beat makers who have really inspired me and contributed so much to DJ culture and the art of Turntablism for over 2 decades and counting. When I started DJing in 2004 I would listen to Qbert live during his tours and collabs with Invisibl Skratch Piklz, I have bought countless dirt style records and spent many hours practicing my scratching techniques in the basement, but I never imagined I would be sharing a stage with him or DJ Numark who has been in the game representing Jurassic 5 for over twenty years. The amount of time these two have put into their craft is really what it looks like to merge your passion with your talent and bring it to an audience with crazy amounts of skill. Big Ups Q & Mark. Looking forward to more showcases like this. I love DJing and providing soundscapes for all types of dance environments, but plugging in the 12's and focusing an entire set on turntablism is def my favorite way to tell a story.

I made it with the intention of putting songs that aren't on my other mixes...i tried my best to make all the mixes perfect and tried some new mixing techniques. Its not a perfect mix but im not a perfect Human so it makes sense, but I hope you can feel my love from my heart in the Mix...Becase I love DJing soo much!! ...It does have alot of my very favorite songs on it and I think it turned out great!
