A true Anjunabeats original, Maor Levi unveils his first extended play on the label since 2019, ‘Am I Dreaming?’.

Maor has been a semi-regular contributor to Anjunabeats since 2006, and in that time he has helped to define the modern sound of the label. Maor first signed to Anjunadeep at the age of 15 with 'Lital', before jumping across to Anjunabeats. He's since banged out a continuous stream of club hits for the label including classics like ‘Reflect’, ‘Shapes’ and ‘Won’t Say No’.

Two new Maor Levi productions were debuted by Above & Beyond at Group Therapy 450 in London, including the title track of the ‘Am I Dreaming?’ EP. Completing the package are Maor’s 2021 releases on Anjunabeats: ‘Save the Last Trance’, ‘Constellations’ and ‘Creator’ (with Yahel), plus new club sizzler ‘Doors’ (feat. Roel).

Anjunabeats presents new remixes of ilan Bluestone and Maor Levi’s ‘Hold On’ (feat. Alex Clare).

Anjunabeats stalwarts (and best friends) ilan Bluestone and Maor Levi have been collaborating since 2011. Together, they’ve released the singles ‘Will We Remain?’, ‘Can You’ and ‘The Distance’, in addition to remixing Armin Van Buuren, Above & Beyond and Gabriel & Dresden.

Released almost exactly a year ago, ‘Hold On’ was recorded following a chance meeting with singer-songwriter Alex Clare in 2017. It’s been fine-tuned on the world’s biggest trance stages: Untold Festival, Creamfields and Dreamstate. ‘Hold On’ featured on Ilan’s second artist album ‘Impulse’, released in May 2021.

London-based DJ and producer Duncan Burton, aka Soulecta, is a household name in the UK garage scene. His music has been played by DJ EZ, DJ Target, Conducta, Shosh, DJ Q, AC Slater and Jeremiah Asiamah, with radio support on his records from BBC Radio 1, Kiss FM and Rinse FM.

Alongside Soulecta’s two-step rework, ‘Hold On’ (The Remixes pt. 2) contains Alex Clare’s acoustic edit, plus Maor’s storming ‘Deep Room’ mix.

Above & Beyond kick off the second half of their ’10 Years of Group Therapy’ celebrations with one of Anjunabeats' earliest signings, Maor Levi. 

‘With Your Hope’ is longtime collaborator Richard Bedford’s vocal accompaniment to the classic instrumental ‘Hope’ from Above & Beyond’s ’Tri-State’ album. It was released on a bonus track version of the ‘Group Therapy’ album in 2011, exclusively on Amazon Music. Now, the track sees its first worldwide release on all stores with Maor Levi’s remix, debuted during Above & Beyond’s headline set at last year’s Group Therapy 450 festival at The Drumsheds London.

Last year, GRAMMY-nominated dance trio Above & Beyond kicked off the 10th anniversary celebrations of their critically-acclaimed second studio album, ‘Group Therapy.’ To mark the occasion, an eclectic selection of acts took on the challenge of remixing ten iconic tracks from the 2011 album. The first part of this cross-genre remix compilation included an energetic trance rework from ilan Bluestone, a breakbeat remix from Anjunadeep favorite CRi, and stunning house and techno reworks from Anjunafamily newcomers Kasablanca and Manila Killa. Also included on the compilation were two fan-favourite remixes released in 2021 from Oliver Heldens and Spencer Brown, as well as melodic house selections from the likes of Braxton, Shai T, Khen, and Newman (I Love), all lifted from the Beatport #1 compilation, '20 Years of Anjunabeats: The Deep Mixes’.

Next month, Above & Beyond are set to release part two of the '10 Years of Group Therapy' album, with an exciting tracklist of remixers to be announced soon.

Alongside these digital remix albums, Anjunabeats is releasing a limited-edition ’10 Years of Group Therapy: The Singles Collection’ vinyl box set, which sees six iconic singles from the album released on vinyl for the first time: ‘Sun & Moon’ feat. Richard Bedford, ’Thing Called Love’ feat. Richard Bedford, ‘Love Is Not Enough’ feat. Zoë Johnston, ‘On My Way To Heaven’ feat. Richard Bedford, ‘Sun In Your Eyes,’ and ‘Prelude’ are included in the box, alongside B-side remixes from ilan Bluestone, Oliver Heldens, Hybrid Minds, Seven Lions, and GRAMMY award-winning producer William Orbit. The vinyl box set also includes a special ‘10 Years of Group Therapy’ slipmat as well as 12”x12” matte-finish prints of each single artwork. This box set is a limited, hand-numbered edition and is expected to ship in autumn of 2022. Pre-orders are available now at the Anjuna Music Store. Every box set comes with a digital download of the original album and all remixes on the ‘10 Years of Group Therapy’ digital compilation.

‘10 Years of Group Therapy’ part one is a two-disc digital album available worldwide now.

One of many new acts that have joined Anjunabeats in our twentieth anniversary year, trance super trio Elysian is composed of three of the genre's brightest stars: ilan Bluestone, Maor Levi and Emma Hewitt.

Their debut EP ‘Water’ was released back in September, and received rave reviews by many in the Anjunafamily and beyond. It featured 'Moonchild', 'Beyond The Comfort Zone', 'Water' and 'Little Star', which has now been remixed by Elysian's own Maor Levi.

Maor Levi has been a semi-regular contributor to Anjunabeats over the years, but always an important one - he first signed to Anjunadeep at the age of 15 with 'Lital'. Over the years he's produced many label classics, many of which have featured in our 20 Years Of Anjunabeats mix series. His own 20 Years compilation - featuring 'Reflect', 'Won't Say No' and his remix of Above & Beyond's 'World On Fire' - was released earlier this summer. 

He’s equally adept in a number of genres, producing trance, progressive, deep house, dance hall and displays this skill with this remix.

Maor Levi’s rework of ‘Little Star’ is out now on Anjunabeats, with a full remix package of the ‘Water EP’ arriving in December.
