Bringing a touch of class to Juncyard Sessions, we are delighted to introduce Aquamarine (she/her)who brings some of her favourite melodies, from tried-and-true belters to brand new releases.

Inspired by the summer, the rave spirit, blissed-out moments dancing under the sun, and nostalgia for 90s trance and progressive house, we were blown away by her stunning sound and impeccable mixing. 

Richie Blacker’s Rave Spirit Remix of Gypsy’s 1992 classic 'I Trance You' sets the tone for this mix, which is dedicated to the producers preserving the magic of that era in the present day. Trust us when we say, you are in for a treat!!!

Her sound is rooted in a love of euphoric melody, flow states, and ecstatic dance floor moments. With her ethereal beats she seeks to unite listeners of all stripes in communal movement and eyes-closed rapture.

She is the founder of Wet Dreamz at Hackney’s The Glove That Fits, a trance and euphoria rave dedicated to femme and queer artists and audiences.

Anna has gone from strength to strength in recent years, appearing on lineups with the likes of Above Below festival, Gloria @ Macadam, and many many more. Her sound is refined beyond her years, showcasing sounds of stripped back progressive and psytrance proving her relentless skills as a digger.

Her talents as a promoter are no less. Co-running the Whomp party with Lora Mipsum, and more recently perspectives.ldn, she has become a staple for psychedelic music on London's club circuit.

This time, @tsunimanmusic invites @hanndmusic and @fr0nd for a two-hour masterclass.

London-based artist Hannd has immersed himself in music since youth, exploring various genres. He started making music at 16, eventually focusing on house and techno. His debut release ‘Hannd’ (Raw Paper Records, 2017) marked a turning point, leading to multiple releases on different labels. Hannd also founded 'Comma Traxx,' a label encouraging artists to explore their creativity without limitations. Currently, he's involved in 'Down To Earth,' an events project in Bristol and London, aiming to push boundaries in underground music.

Pollination co-founder and Down To Earth resident, FROND has no issue moving from psychedelic chuggers through to transcendental stompers in a matter of minutes. Building deep sonic worlds that are heavily influenced by early trance and techno, her sets are a colourful weave of nostalgic moments nestled alongside more contemporary left-field sounds.

Opening with one of my gay awakenings in musical form from back in my uni days, this mix is meant as a sapphic balm for body and mind. The overall mood is bathed in 90s nostalgia, inspired by that era of Pure Moods dreaminess and New Age utopian tranquility. Full of silky smooth femme vocals to soothe the soul like an evening caress, and blissed-out downtempo and ambient to have you feeling like you’re floating through the clouds…"
