Listening for 8 minutes is sufficient, though for some, 3-4 minutes may be ideal. This tool is specifically for priming and preparing the chakras, not for actual healing. Overuse may lead to unnecessary fatigue. Follow up with other practices to focus on healing the chakras.

In 8 minutes, this primer will fully stimulate all major chakras in the body. The stimulation opens, activates, balances energy flow, and places each chakra in a receptive state for healing.

When the working of the audio reaches an end, you will experience a brief, intense sensation at the crown chakra area, signaling this.

Acts as a request for the manifestation. Building a momentum over 3-7 days might be necessary depending on person and various influences. Listening more times will speed up the manifestation.
