One of my favorite worship songs. I have always struggled with peace (which is ironic because Irene literally translates to "peace" in Greek).

I may have always had these inner demons, constantly screaming in my heart and mind. Still, this song is one of the many things God has used to remind me of this beautiful truth: He roars so much louder than all my demons combined.

I never share this profile publicly (for obvious reasons). So me sending this to you personally can only mean that you're an awesome human, and I love and value you so much that I tried to sing for you or shared to you some of my weird (but fun) attempts to play and write songs, risking whatever amount of respect you may still have left for me (hiningal ako sa haba ng tinype ko).

To warn you I'm actually not that good (I lack the voice, sense of rhythm, and dexterity needed to play anything decently). But I kind of enjoy trying and expressing myself through this, so please pagpasensyahan niyo na ko :)
