This balance creates a pause, a stillness. We feel this type of pause with every breath, the moment our inhale turns and becomes an exhale.When we are rooted in our pausing with balance and stillness, we become a space of equilibrium that, like a tuning fork, can support others to pause and find their balance.Let's balance our inner night and day.Let's use our darkness to become the most magical light.
