I love the original track by Tones and I and I wanted to do a remix that totally steers from the tone of the original but still maintaining the integrity of the track. There's no way I could ever sound as good as Tones and I when she sings it but I hope y'all enjoy this as much as did making it.

The second verse is dedicated to the beautiful soul Tobes James and inspired by a terrible fall from a scaffold that he miraculously survived to tell the tale. 
Tobes created this beat with me on a rainy fall afternoon.
