First Album, released 2007. A debut with a bunch of songs that have been my answer to a lot of music of female singer songwriter i've been listening to during the nineties and the first OO years. It depicts a melancholical time, when i had to handle bitter emotional losses,  feeling of loneliness and misunderstanding and a struggle against personal inferiority. i gave the power of poetry and the sweetness of my loving heart into the project and the songs became illuminations of unostentatious beauty and pureness.

MY MUSIC IS DEDICATED TO OUR SCARED SACRED HUMAN INSTINCT NATURE!      

BABOON is the music project of the in Zurich based musician and singer song writer Brigitta Kobe. The songs are passionate pictures of inner landscapes inspired by every day life, love, political or cultural happenings or disasters, everything what moves the soul. Alternativ Rockmusic influenced by Pop, Folk, Reggae, Punk, Blues and other genres, sung by a touching voice and played on electrical guitar, bass and drums.

The newest BABOON formation started January 2019 with Kevin Mandzjuk on drums and Raffael Wagner Scheffold (bass) joined the band shortly after. 

In my early BABOON years I worked in collaborations with David Pfluger (drums) and Nevil Pfenninger (Nora Düster) who played some bass and guitar tracks and handled the electronical sounds in the Band for a while. 

From 2013 on i played together with Allan Mac Goldrick whos piano and e-guitar parts are to hear on the album NIGHT & FLOWERS and 2014 Ernst Scholl joined us on drums.
