Baby Face Shirk got his name after the notorious gangster Baby Face Nelson. He grew up in Lewistown, Pa then moved to York, Pa. "Everyone wants to get out the hood, so I moved in." It wasn't always hip hop. "I grew up on Punk/Hardcore music. H2O, Dropkick Murphys, Rancid, Madball." It wasn't until his senior year of high school in 05, that he got into rap. "It's good though because now I like all kinds of music and it keeps me open minded for new ideas." It wasn't until 2011 he began writing and recording. So 2012 may be his year as he will finally be dropping his first mixtape.
