Stede Bonnet has seventy feet of magical golden hair that glows when he sings and is capable of healing all wounds. But his power has been hoarded for the past several decades by two selfish brothers, Nigel and Chauncey Badminton. Although he longs for adventure, the twins keep Stede locked away in a tower in the woods and tell him he’s forbidden from ever leaving.

That all changes when Blackbeard, the kingdom’s most notorious outlaw, steals a crown from the palace and stumbles across the secret tower in search of a place to hide.
